Woodford Town FC have released 2 new kits inspired by campaigner for the suffrage and suffragette movement Sylvia Pankhurst.
Ahead of our long awaited return to Woodford, the club is proud to announce the release of these 2 new outfield player kits which have been influenced by the trailblazing figure of Sylvia Pankhurst who started the East London Confederation Of Suffragettes, which later became a branch of the Women’s Social and Political Union.
As a club we have a vision to be an inclusive community based football club, we also intend to start a women’s team in the near future. These new kits are part of our initiative to have a bigger connection with the local community history.
